How we handle information

JMR Resources LLC operates a business-to-business and business-to-government website. We do not sell personal information, we do not run advertising, and we collect only what we need to respond to inquiries and keep the site running. This policy explains what that means in practice.

Effective: August 11, 2026

Last reviewed: August 11, 2026

01 — Scope of this policy

This policy covers jmrresources.com and the email addresses published on it. It applies to JMR Resources LLC and to its subsidiaries Cassia Supply & Logistics and Advanced Tec, referred to together as "JMR," "we," or "us."

It does not cover information you provide to a government agency, a prime contractor, or a third-party platform, even if you reached that party through a link on this site. Those parties handle your information under their own policies.

It also does not cover information JMR receives as a contractor in the course of performing a contract. That information is governed by the terms of the contract and by applicable federal regulation.

02 — Information we collect

We collect three categories of information.

  • Information you send us — Your name, employer or agency, job title, email address, phone number, and anything else you choose to include when you write to one of our published addresses or submit a form. You provide it directly.

  • Technical information — IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps. Collected automatically by our hosting platform.

  • Correspondence records — The content of email exchanges with JMR personnel, including attachments you send. Created in the course of communicating with us.

We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal information through this website. Please do not send Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, health information, classified information, controlled unclassified information, or export-controlled technical data through the contact addresses on this site.

03 — How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and route it to the right person on our team.

  • Evaluate teaming, subcontracting, supplier, and commercial opportunities.

  • Maintain records of business communications, including records we are required to keep as a federal contractor.

  • Operate, secure, and improve the website.

  • Comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and establish or defend legal claims.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

04 — Legal basis for processing

Where the General Data Protection Regulation or a comparable law applies to you, we process personal information on the following bases:

  • Legitimate interests — responding to business inquiries, pursuing and performing contracts, securing our systems, and maintaining business records.

  • Legal obligation — record retention, procurement compliance, sanctions and export screening, and responses to lawful process.

  • Contract — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and performance of a contract to which you are a party.

  • Consent — where we ask for it specifically, and which you may withdraw at any time.

05 — How we share information

We share information only where there is a reason to:

  • Within JMR. Between the holding company and its subsidiaries, where the inquiry concerns that subsidiary's work.

  • Service providers. Our website host, email provider, and document and file storage providers, each acting on our instructions.

  • Teaming and supply chain partners. Where you have approached us about a specific opportunity and sharing your inquiry with a prime, subcontractor, or supplier is necessary to respond to it. We tell you first where doing so is practical.

  • Government agencies. Where required by a contract, a solicitation, an audit, or applicable law.

  • Professional advisors. Counsel, accountants, insurers, and auditors under duties of confidentiality.

  • Legal and safety. Where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of JMR, our personnel, or others.

If JMR is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the protections in this policy.

06 — Federal contracting disclosures

JMR is registered in the System for Award Management and holds active CAGE codes for both subsidiaries. Certain business information about JMR is a matter of public record and is published by the federal government, including entity registration data, contract awards, and past performance information.

If you contact us in your capacity as a government employee, your correspondence with us may be subject to disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act or comparable state law, and may be reviewable in the course of a procurement audit, a bid protest, or an inspector general inquiry. We handle procurement-sensitive information according to the restrictions that apply to it, and we do not solicit source selection information or proposal information from government personnel.

07 — International transfers

JMR is based in the United States and our service providers store information in the United States. JMR also does business in regions including Africa, the Middle East, the Indo-Pacific, and Europe, and personnel in those regions may access information in the course of their work.

If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection law differs from the law of your home country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers, including standard contractual clauses. You can ask us for details using the contact route below.

08 — How long we keep information

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the business relationship, and then for the period required by our record retention obligations.

As a federal contractor, JMR is subject to record retention requirements under the Federal Acquisition Regulation and related authorities. Records connected to a solicitation, a proposal, an award, or contract performance are retained for the periods those rules require, which in some cases run for years after final payment. Technical website logs are kept for a shorter period, consistent with our hosting platform's standard settings.

09 — Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive a copy in a portable format, or to withdraw consent you previously gave.

Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and other states with comparable laws have rights along these lines, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. JMR does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.

To make a request, write to the privacy contact below. We will verify your identity before acting and will respond within the period the applicable law allows. Some information cannot be deleted on request — in particular, records we are required to retain as a federal contractor, and records needed to establish or defend a legal claim. Where that is the case, we will tell you.

10 — Cookies and analytics

This site is hosted on the Wix platform. Wix sets cookies that are necessary for the site to function, including cookies for security, load balancing, and session management. The platform also provides aggregate traffic analytics, which tell us how many people visited a page and where they arrived from.

We do not run advertising cookies and we do not operate cross-site tracking pixels for advertising purposes. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site will still work, though some functions may not behave as intended.

Some browsers send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals where applicable law requires it.

11 — Security

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold, including access controls, encryption in transit, and limits on who within JMR can see inquiry correspondence.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. Email in particular is not a secure channel. Do not use the addresses on this site to send anything that requires controlled handling — contact us first and we will arrange an appropriate method.

12 — Children

This site is directed to businesses and government agencies. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, write to the address below and we will delete it.

13 — Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices change or when the law requires it. The effective date at the top of this page tells you when the current version took effect. Material changes will be noted on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.

14 — How to reach us

Privacy questions, requests, and complaints go to the general inbox, which is monitored by JMR's Chief Financial Officer, who holds the compliance function for the company.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom and believe we have not handled your information properly, you also have the right to complain to your national supervisory authority. We would appreciate the chance to address the issue first.

Write to us and tell us what you are asking for. We will confirm receipt and tell you what we need in order to act on it.
