Our leadership acts to steward the company, steer business affairs, provide management with guidance in determining the company’s long-term strategy, and assess company opportunities, risks, and controls for risk mitigation. Collectively, we offer extensive knowledge and experience across alternative and conventional investments, wealth management, commodities and natural resources and family office management as well as the ability to access global knowledge and experience through our extended network.

Executive team

Robert S. Tucker

Chief Executive Officer 

Scott’s career spans 21 years of Federal Program Management and Procurement, architectural, Engineering and Construction Management in both the private and public sector. Scotts background education is in Architecture and training and construction management and has years of experience in United States Federal government procurement environments.  

 

As a subject matter expert, Scott provides cost management solutions for Government facilities as well as Government real estate development and leasing programs. Scott established Tucker & Associates to offer Government Agencies comprehensive owners representative (ORS) services thorough the real estate development process.

 

Tucker & Associates preforms on site construction management and cost engineering services to provide clients with comprehensive project controls necessary to completer a project on time and on budget from concept to completion. Scotts strategic cost management services have saved millions by managing stakeholder risk throughout the development process. Scott holds several Government Clearances.

Justin A. Inniss

Co-Chief Executive Officer 

Justin’s career spans 20 years in consulting, family office, capital markets and infrastructure project finance. As managing director of JMR Justin is responsible for the strategic direction of the business and forging international partnerships for the company. Justin is also the founder and partner of Inova Capital which is Swiss based commercial multi - family office investment and service platform located in Zug. Justin spends his time covering the EMEA and East Asia regions in a consulting capacity to energy and industry concerns owned by sovereigns and legacy families.

 

Previously Justin was a founder and Managing Director for a Sovereign backed family office in Dubai. Justin served as the Managing Principal of Inniss Asset Management (IAM), a capital markets advisory firm focused on facilitating real estate, energy and infrastructure related investment opportunities in emerging markets.

 

 Prior to venturing out on his own, Justin worked in financial services and is multi-disciplined in Institutional sales trading, fixed income, and technology & telecom investment banking, options, portfolio and wealth management. Justin holds a B.A. from St. John’s University. Justin has dual nationality (Trinidad & Tobago and the United States).

Matthew A. Alcorn

Chief Financial Officer

Matthew’s career in finance spans 20 years. Matthew co-founded 30Seven Partners Sports and Entertainment Management Company and successfully steered the brand through an extremely competitive landscape by utilizing innovative marketing techniques and creating a cost-effective streamlined business model by which all clients’ needs would be fulfilled and patented the process.

 

Prior to 30Seven Partners Matt served as Director for Tucker & Associates, where he was responsible for all capital raising efforts as well as the development of the financial models used to secure government and institutional lending for the development and construction of public schools in the United States.

 

Matthew currently serves as an advisor and consultant to several companies in various industry segments including entertainment, human resources, financial services and not for profit. Matt has his MBA from St. John’s University in Finance and Accounting.

Albert Maldonado

Chief Strategy Officer

Sgt. Alberto Maldonado, a United States Marine Veteran Purple Heart Medal Recipient, served two tours in Iraq as the “Ammunition Chief” with H and S company in addition to Multiple Line Companies, Alberto was in charge of all ammunition’s during Training & Combat Operations.

 

Alberto was attached to the third battalion, first marines which is an infantry battalion in the United States Marine Corps nicknamed the " Thundering Third". Based at Camp Pendlelton in California, the famed Marine core unit origins date back to the Second World War. 

 

Alberto was part of the composition of RCT 1 a unit of the third battalion, first marines, during his second deployment in Iraq where he earned a Purple Heart Medal and NAM with a combat “V” for VALOR and two Meritorious Promotions for his actions and conduct during battle. Despite sustaining life threatening injuries Alberto moved over one million tons of high explosives and small arms ammunitions by himself completing the mission and deployment.
